As the painter participating in the tradition of Western Realism I have the tendency to paint based on direct observation of the forms. It is not an easy task when it comes to the dreams. Kids, small animals and dreams do not hold the pose. Yet, the vision of the large fish swimming through the air over familiar farmhouse demanded to be painted. It is a carp moving slowly back to the Danube. I used Raphael Oil Colors and traditional medium. The painting is varnished and ready for the frame. Free shipping to the collector in continental USA.
